I am a thirty-something attorney who fell in love with the triathlon after competing in my first sprint in June 2007. Since then, I've completed five half ironmans, Ironman Lake Placid and lots of shorter races. Along the way, I discovered I can't eat gluten and as a consequence of seeking out my own healthier eating, developed a passion for healthy nutrition and food. This year, I've got lofty goals for Ironman Coeur D'Alene. This is my journey there.

All I know is that you both kicked some butt at White Lake!
And I wonder whose legs are smoother now? :)
